House Arrest?

Anyone ever been on house arrest? After 3 of my friends got sentenced to House Arrest today, I am reasonably sure I will get the same.

I need more--- How bad was it? Could you work different hours? I am buying a bar and I am concerned that they will not let me spend enough time there.

i believe it all depends in the state that you live in. in mass there are different levels of house arrest. if its your first time, you should be able to work probably to about 7pm. if your gonna be in a bar, don't drink cause they usually set up a breatherlizer(spelling?) at your house. an annoying buzz sound goes off then you have to speak into a mike type thing and recite a few words. good luck anyway though

1,2,3 : I haven't been there but you may have a problem getting the liquor license. Consult an attorney, is my advice, you probably have one already. However if your house arrest has anything to do with alcohol, you may not get your liquor license.

I'll assume you're not getting house arrest for a felony, but bar-owner may not be looked upon favorably, get legal advice.
